Greetings!!! Hopefully most of you know about the Home Valuation Code of Conduct that is scheduled to go into effect May 1st. If you are a homeowner, realtor, or any other individual looking to place an appraisal order this will have no effect on you. If you are a lender this will definitely affect you.

Below are 2 entities that we are affiliated with that you can order appraisals from and be HVCC Compliant.

These are 2 different paths that you can go through to become HVCC compliant. One is an Appraisal Management Company and the other is a Vendor Management Platform. Please take a look at them to see the options they provide.
